CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids (ages 5-10)

These classes are appropriate for all skill levels and athletic abilities. They get stronger, faster, more powerful, and improve flexibility. The program more importantly delivers valuable lessons about life: hard work, character, courage and overcoming adversity, which gives them confidence to take on upcoming life tasks.

This is a great program for your teens off-season strength and conditioning, in-season supplemental training or if they are just looking for a fun environment to train with their friends.
