New to CrossFit or coming back from a long break?
This course is required for interested people without CrossFit experience prior to joining our regular scheduled classes.
Three, 1.5 – 2 hour sessions where you will be introduced to the movements we use in CrossFit. We will break them down step by step to be sure you are executing them safely and efficiently. At this time we will also assess your movement and range of motion and determine proper scaling for your workouts.
Athletes, whether in elements or regular classes, are only allowed to add weight or ramp up intensity after proving they can properly maintain their form throughout their workouts.
