Muscle Maintenance at CrossFit Rail Trail
A combination of Somatics, Feldenkrais, and Egoscue methods combined with using rollers, deep breathing to oxygenate muscle tissue, yoga, Tabata and stretching to build strength around joints and flexibility at the center of our major muscle groups. With a focus on core strength. This class is open to all levels of activity and inactivity. Great for athletes to work through injury and then prevent injury from happening.

Meet our Instructor
34 years of teaching / 44 years of practice / 7 years of training’s. Ori has been practicing yoga since she was three years old. She grew up in a household where both parents practiced and taught yoga, meditation and philosophy. She studied vedant philosophy, Patanjali Yoga Darshan, Bhagavad Gita, Sanskrit, mediation, stotrams, chants, and yoga asana through varying styles, pranayama, ayurveda, Dhyaan yoga, Bhakti yoga, and Raj Yoga. She has studied Hatha, Iyengar, Tibetan and Vinyasa Yoga.
