Slow Flow Yoga
a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Slow flow is accessible to the occasional yogi and people newer to yoga.

Meet our Yoga Instructors
Ori Z. Kilner
34 years of teaching / 44 years of practice / 7 years of training’s. Ori has been practicing yoga since she was three years old. She grew up in a household where both parents practiced and taught yoga, meditation and philosophy. She studied vedant philosophy, Patanjali Yoga Darshan, Bhagavad Gita, Sanskrit, mediation, stotrams, chants, and yoga asana through varying styles, pranayama, ayurveda, Dhyaan yoga, Bhakti yoga, and Raj Yoga. She has studied Hatha, Iyengar, Tibetan and Vinyasa Yoga.
