Hey gang, I would like to invite everyone to a challenge. Lets try to perform a 2 minute squat hold everyday for at least a month. Squat hold can be preformed anywhere and are hugely beneficial. After a month, maybe we can bump it up to three minutes a day? Any takers on this easy yet very effective challenge??!!
