200 Double Unders
After each movement is completed both partners run 200m with a plate 45/25. One partner works at a time. Workout ends on double unders.
Sorry at drill this weekend. Just wanted to write that last night sounded like a blast and I really missed being there with everyone. We are so happy for the community we have and look forward to many many more fun events!!
