There are many different movements we do in CrossFit. People like different movements for a variety of reasons. Let’s take the OHS for example, some people love it! ( Crazy People 😉 ) while others dread every time it shows up The Deadlift, well it seems EVERYONE loves that one! Possibly because it seems to yield big numbers. Olympic Lifting movements quickly become addicting as well once you are comfortable with your form. The list goes on and on.
