10 x UB T2B + 20 UB Double Unders, 14 x  UB T2B + 30 UB Double Unders , 18 x  UB T2B + 40 UB Double Unders,  22 x UB T2B + 50 UB Double Unders
Modify to fit needs. Once you break on T2B start over. If you break on double unders just reattempt double under set. If you make it, your done. Rest between sets
