All three athletes work at once.

All three athletes must be working on different movements.

Teams can switch up/change who is doing what as they see fit & as often as they desire.

Teams can break up reps any way they choose and movements can be done in any order.

Once down to two movements only two athletes are permitted to work. (The third will rest)

Once down to the one last movement only one athlete can work. (The other two will rest)
