Every minute on the minute as long as possible
3 – 5 Double DB Power Cleans
3 – 5 Double DB Front Squats
3 – 5 Double DB Push Press
If you have a heavier set of DB’s complete 3 reps of each movement, if you have lighter ones, complete 5 reps of each movement
Goal is 10 – 15 minutes
Each minute should take 30 seconds or less
If you have a barbell use it!
