Nutrition Onboard & Assessment
– 60-minute initial assessment
– Two bi-weekly 30-minute follow ups
– Weekly virtual check in
– Nutrition Support is $40 after the Onboard & Assessment
Nutrition Support – Ongoing
– 30 Minute Session
– Topics could include; Goal Setting, Grocery Lists, Nutrition Questions, Meal Plan for the Week, Macro-Nutrient Prescription
