Join Us for a FREE Trial Class
Is CrossFit right for you? Join us on a Saturday at 8 or 9am for a fun FREE Trial Class! Just come 15 minutes before class and check-in with a coach!
Whether you are new to CrossFit or want to brush up on the basics, we offer our fundamental program (elements). Once you have finished this required course, you are ready to join regularly scheduled classes!

At CrossFit Rail Trail we offer a variety of programs and membership options, including Teens and Kids!!
Our number one priority at CFRT is the welfare of our members. Whether you are here to lose weight, stay fit, or prepare for a competition our coaches are here to make sure you are comfortable performing the movements and your workouts are scaled appropriately. We pride ourselves on educating our members and providing them with the tools to workout safely. We are here to answer any and all questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to ask!!
The core of CrossFit Rail Trail lies in our community. When you arrive here each day you are greeted with “hello’s”, high fives and questions about your day, not only from your coaches but from fellow members as well. We are individuals who like to train hard while surrounding ourselves with a diverse group of people all working towards the same goal: fitness. We frequently host get togethers, competitions, holiday parties and community fundraisers. We are also fierce supporters of our military, first responders and our box is always open to anyone who wants to participate in our HERO events.
Community is what CFRT is all about.
What is our community like? Our community is full of people like you! Are you looking to lose weight? Are you looking to get fit? Are you looking for a way to challenge yourself physically?
Each of our members has their own story and their own goals. Our community has a vast mixture of ages, abilities and fitness levels. What we have in common is the drive to succeed and the drive to see others succeed.
I couldn’t even run a full mile a couple months before I started at CFRT, and here I am crossfitting 5-6 times a week, pushing my body to limits I never thought possible. Anyone and everyone can do it, and with our wonderful coaches to help scale the movements to what you are capable of, there really is nothing to worry about.

When people think Crossfit – they think community. Other gyms, even a crossfit box I attended, did not have that sense of community and support I see on a daily basis here at CFRT. I consider myself a mentally strong person, but I have realized that I am not nearly as strong and successful alone as I am when supported and challenged by others.
