Chinese food is probably my favorite cheat. I’ve found a few paleo recipes recently that I really like now but my favorite is probably pulled pork with sweet potato hash.

Favorite Food is actually the McDonalds #1 Large, Diet Coke with a Big Mac on the side (yes that’s 2 big macs).
Paleo would just be a giant sirloin medium rare with steamed brocoli

Favorite food, probably grilled pizza with eggplant, mushrooms, and pineapple. Yum. Chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert of course.

Favorite food: I’m weird, pretty much any veggies… spaghetti squash is one of my favs 🙂 I like chicken sometimes too, but I have to be in the mood for it.
Some pretty comical comments on here about McDonalds, Pistols and Plyo jump squats…..the wife and I are getting a good laugh out of this. Good work today guys!!!

Worked on a little front squat before class:
65# – 5x
85# – 3x
105# – 3x
125# 3x
First time doing those!!!
Strength did Pendelay rows up to 165# and Snatch grip DL worked my way up to 165 as well!
Life’s Imperfect” got 6+26 using 73KB, box step up and overs (which went better than expected) and squats to the box!
PS…Pizza is my all-time favorite meal! Can’t get enough of it; Paleo/Zone have to be scallops wrapped in bacon!
