Holy Crap that was tough. I once again under estimated this WOD. Note to self, even though the new Reebok Lifters are “hybrid” don’t do excessive amounts of Double Unders in them. I was good to be able to practice thrusters @ 95# though. Something I need to do more of. As much as they suck they are a great exercise. Thanks Sarah and Kelly G for a great class. And thanks Rita for the Lap Dance!!!!!
