A couple quick notes. The Sweats for Vets will be getting picked up in two days. Any last minute donations please get them in by then. I am really proud of you guys for our turn out so far! Also our first internal throwdown WOD will be finalized and videos will be put out on our group page hopefully by close of buisness tomorrow. Its going to be the first of many so don’t be bummed if you missed out as we will do this a lot!
