Dropped into a 6:30 class at Crossfit One Nation this morning on my way to work since I wont be able to make it to class today (concert #1 of 7 tonight!)
WOD: 21-15-9 OHS (115/75) and T2B
6:40 Rx – was able to complete all the OHS unbroken!
Pj, a girl named Sammy coached and she said she knows you from Reebok.
Also, I really want to do today’s WOD at some point. Looks fantastically awful!
You met Sammy at the Reebok NorEaster comp in NH, she took the pic of us 4. She is awesome. Huge energy for such a tiny girl.

Oly today. Almost went gym but still not uber confident with only so I need to build my muscle memory up.
Queens: 7:03 95#. Went light to ensure I kept my form as good as I could though by the end it was pretty heavy
