Sexual Chocolate: 12:05 135#. Strict pull ups was the hardest part for me but I made all 5 all 5 rounds, just a bit slower then I would like.

Hey Guys! Sorry to run out at 10 before you all finished wodding…had to get on the road for puppy pick up! Got down to Connecticut with a few minutes to spare. Thanks PJ for closing up shop without me. Picked up CFRT’s newest member Audie, who is too cute for words. She will be at the box with us pretty often. We are sure it will be an adjustment for her but we have our fingers crossed she will love it as much as we do! If you haven’t seen her pic yet check out my fb page to see what she has been up to today!
