Didn’t know what was worse, putting shampoo in my hands with the rips from pullups or when the hot water hit my abmat tramp stamp raspberry on, as Forrest Gump would say “my buttocks.”

Mike, I posted the Caveman crunch cereal recipe on the blog. It is paleo and clean.
I also posted a nut free paleo pumpkin recipe site. They are a good snack or breakfast substitute
Only thing that would have made this worse was if I had to listen to Mick Jagger singing the song!!! UGH

75 delightful ring rows…75 lovely knee push ups…75 phenomonal abmat sit ups…75 I hate my life…squats to the bench! It was the first WOD that made me seriously want to yell curse words!
HOWEVER…I FREAKING DID IT!

And PJ…Thank you for keeping me focused and giving me the strategy to see it through.
Angie: 21:27 – Yeah, no good on this one. Hands are a mess. Washing my face with a beard was excruciating. Listen to Mike and put some protection on those hands. Good work 5am.
Wow! Talk about a killer WOD!
Push-ups were def the worst part but breaking them up at the end before my form really fell apart was KEY! Rolled out for 40 min was definitely helpful!
I would love to hit this one again. Just wasn’t up to par this morning. Lj’s paleo crunch was phenomenal though. I’m going to have to make a batch. Great work 5am. Thank you Pj.
WOW! Angie kicked my a**! Got 28.47 with using blue band for pull-ups which took the majority of my time at ~12 minutes and then got through the rest! Did 300 single unders instead of the air squats! What a burner!!! Props to Duane for the incredible sub 18 minutes!!!!

I’m psyched I managed to get away with no rips without any tape. I thought I was tramp stamp free until the shower water hit me buttocks… doh!!!

I actually flippin finished it at 30 flat. The cheerleaders doing the squats with me were the best!!! You all rock. My t-rex arms can’t reach to wipe this grin off my face 🙂

Used RR, avoided scaling!! Great workout, 7pm class- you all kicked some ass! NOWA= no one WODS alone! Thanks Mike for reminding me that. Totally forgot Monica was not done yet, I am used to being the “closer”.
Push-ups went away pretty quick on this one which was expected. My legs were on fire by the time I finished the air squats. Another awesome workout with awesome people!! Thanks Mike for the motivation
