OLY “kinda” tried to work on back squats my squats ain’t squat enough…so I am working on squatting! PJ suggested squatting when I am at home..you know when I go to sit. This should be intersting watching me lower myself into chairs/couches/bed…LOL Hands up to keep my chest up…oh yeah…if I’m sitting I be squatting.

Makeup strength work – front squat. Hit 150 but definitely had more in me.
McLovin’ and I are not friends. Did 135# for weight and thought it was ok because my first 10 were unbroken. I think the burpees got me. I did regular burpees instead of over bar to save my ankle and so that I could actually get through this. Oh well. Next time! Got through the 6 round.
