Spring
Just a reminder, but believe it or not spring is closer than you think. The work we put in now results in those benefits we want for the warm months. It could be slimming down and toning up or being able to attack our outdoor activities. We understand the winter blues are setting in and that’s even more reason to bump it up to feel better. Spring will be here one day guys, Lets get after it!!

I’ll practice with you. I’ve been getting more and more each time, now that the stupid shoulder is healing up and I can actually do them again.
Had the chance to work on my push press, which is def one of my “weakest” of the strengths. Next time I will wear a weight belt when trying to reach my 1RM lol.
Crushed today’s WOD with 3+5 rounds with single-unders. Glad I stuck with #55..felt like I was finally mastering the snatch… YAHOO! Now I wait for the two-day-delay from “Barbra” lol.

Make-up Strength- attempted to strict press but cut it short due to soreness.
Opted for the 2K recovery row over the WOD. Kept it nice and slow. I also got tons of mobility in before and during class. Hopefully my traps/lats/arms feel better tomorrow. So awesome watching Kate back squat 250# tonight! She is one mighty mini!!!

I was a little sore for Barbara yesterday but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Glad I stuck with 75# as I think anything more and I would have lost the form and momentum. Great work as always 6pm!

Strength make up day – deadlift
Been stuck at 225 for a while. Like a long while. Got 230 to my knees a few weeks ago and dropped it. Was feeling like my form was off but I think my mental game was what needed adjustment. Thanks Mike for reminding me to be aggressive, and get my head in the game. Got 235# for a 10# PR

2 + 59 – 55#, doubled the singles, two 45# plate jumps. Apparently I need to work on single unders again. Ugh!
