I was unable to do the WOD today but I stopped by the box for an hour to cheer everyone on. There was a huge turnout for such an important cause. Great job today everyone. Not only did you get your fitnees on but you also helped raise awareness to a cause that sometimes gets put on the back burner. Big shout out once again to Mike Sarah and PJ for putting this event on!
