I managed 18 reps. The overhead squats weren’t to difficult but I just don’t have C2B. I actually never tried it until today.

First two rounds felt awesome! OHS and Pull Ups went very smoothly. But those pull ups went south really quickly in round 3.

Open 15.2 – 10 reps (Masters Rx)
3rd year in a row, I got stung by Jumping C2B – when will I learn to get them in my wheelhouse ?
Scaled down to jumping pull-ups for the next rounds and got to the 2nd set of 14 OHS.
Like LJ, the first couple of sets of OHS felt great (and light), but got heavy very quickly after that.

Was getting frustrated I couldn’t bag out the last 3.. But
getting 7 c2b pull-ups was an accomplishment enough though!
Oh and by myself!
Kept going for two more rounds and scaled down to get a workout in and to have fun!
Just got C2B, and did them in a tough workout!!
Scaled version: managed to put in 10 reps! OHS, was not too bad except I don’t have any C2B pull ups.
Was able to use jumping pull ups, and managed to put in another 8 OHS after the pull up; at that point they didn’t count. I still got the work out! Thank you Marty R, for judging me, awesome job 5’amers!! Oh btw, #45 OHS was a PR for moi!!

Put up a goose egg today in 15.2 on the scaled OHS but still got a good workout and had fun! I’m adding a 45# OHS to my goals list 🙂

Got 26 this year compared to last years 12! The C2B killed me, need to work on my pull-up strength and transitioning with the butterfly too!
Love the progress though! OHS felt great too!
