Finally made it to a Saturday class. Lots of fun, especially in the Hungry Hippo warm up.
I partnered up with Olivia and we used #10 WB and #85 for power cleans. Our strategy was short-easy-reps which made our time a whopping 18:36! And I finally mastered calorie rows by burning one calorie per pull. Yahoo!
Short easy reps was definitely the way to go!!! You KILLED that row that’s for sure. Great work, thanks for being my partner!!! 🙂
