Attempted dubs today. Worked on jumping high and got one! I need much much more practice, but I know I will be able to link them together soon.
I got 5+4 using #65. I did ring rows and ab mat push ups. I def felt a bit sluggish this morning from being away from the box for 3 days but felt awesome after the WOD. Love starting my week off right.
Missed the 4:30s, but the 6 peeps are always awesome too! Great class.

Worked dubs. Almost got two in a row without the single between them.
Christmas- lunges are a weakness for sure. Started with 35 and my knees sharply reminded me that was not a good move. Did push-ups from toes with two ab mats and ring rows.

Ring rows, ab mat + 10 lb plate push ups on my toes..Gotta start working on that more. Lunges with #35, definitely a weakness for me too, especially on the left side.. Good one though, glutes are definitely feeling it today.
