A field trip would be so much fun! Some thoughts are bowling, Red Sox game, Six Flags, hiking up some mountain together

Wow, BRUTAL wod today, I mean it was great but brutal! Had a really hard time getting up the rope! I think it took me 8 minutes just to do the first 5 rope climbs! However, I can’t be mad, I did almost all the rope climbs except for the set of 4 I got one then went to pulls because it was taking too long and finished off the rest. Started with 170# on the bar but stripped to 165# after the first round since the single was ugly and forearms were going!
Fun warm up too! Come on now people I server for a living!

Great work out today
I mean who doesn’t love doing clean and jerks when the suns out!
Stayed for open gym. Hung out for about an hour. Then Michelle C and I did a 10 minute AMRAP.
300meter run
3 cleans I did 135#
2 front squats
1 shoulder to over head.
Yes I said RUN. It was so much fun to play outside today.
Babysitter – 12:58 with 85lbs for clean and jerks and full rope climbs. Loved this WOD!!!!!
Then stayed for open gym and did some running, dubs, assault bike work.

Babysitter: 16:38 This was a tough one for sure…only did 135 on the cleans but I am glad I did those last few were a struggle for me.

I had a special WOD today haha… eliminated the jerks and did double unders instead of rope climbs to give the shoulders a little more rest time 🙂
