I was able to attend my first Team Red White and Blue event today and it was AWESOME! Geoff and I teamed up for this one and pushed our way through it. We couldn’t have asked for better weather today which always makes the WOD that much better. It was great to be able to Remember another HERO today at CFRT. Great work today everyone!
