The Girl Next Door
Completed 2 rounds, just about 100 meters short of 3 rounds! so close! I was questioning the weight I was going to do but really challenged myself and went with 55#, thanks Sarah for the guidance and for pushing me to go heavier! The front squats felt pretty good for not doing front squats in a while!
