Thank god Melcher showed up to the 930, was scared I was gonna WOD alone. We ended up finishing at the exact same time too!
Enjoyed our small group today! I capped the time – had maybe 5 handstand pushups left…kept going to finish. Had to scale but as PJ said this morning we have come a long way since the beginning of the year!

What an awesome upper body workout! Man those elite athletes are insane beasts! Used 25 cal row, ring rows, and hspu off the box, completed all 5 rounds in 22:04!

i can already feel this one in my arms! The rowing was actually the easiest part for me on this one today, it was the ring rows that killed me.
I did a 20 cal row, 16 ring rows and 9 box hspu , was going for 4 rounds but did 5 in 19:31 🙂

Show me the arm : 23:59. Did HSPU not at deficit and C2B. Felt really good with the HSPU’s today. Got some good sets in and moved pretty well. Got some good C2B sets as well. For a killer WOD it felt really good tonight.

24:55 w/ abmat for 2 rounds then abmat and plate for the last 3. Squeaked in at the last second to finish this one. I had no pull left in me at the end. Definitely need to fine tune my C2B and HSPU’s. Kudos to the Games athletes that do this in 16 minutes and under!!!
