Kept moving good today until the dubs, then ended up breaking the reps up more than I probably should have – everything at this point was tired though 🙂 Happy Thursday everyone! nice to have an appearance from Sarah at the 5am!

Super proud of this. I stopped caring about my time and focused on my 100 box jumps because they’ve been a weakness of mine. I don’t think I have been able to do more than 20 in a session without switching to step ups, but I focused in and I am happy with this workout.
