Box jumps one of my favorite moves especially now that I got rebounding down but BHSPU still a work in progress. Mixed from having my chest extremely close to the box from my knees and doing them from my toes. Used the rep scheme written.

Box jumps weren’t bad today but HSPUs aren’t my friend. Scaled them down and still spent a lot of time on the wall grinding them out. Did some bench press work and back squats during open gym. Thanks PJ and Sarah
