Definitely a tough one today! Nice to row outside. Had to hustle to get the two rounds in – but I got it!

Using 55lbs for lunges:
First round I did all the lunges without putting the weight down.
Second round… Not a chance of that! Thought I was going to puke! Haha!
Pull-ups: plan was to do 5 Kipping pull-ups and then rest ring rows- worked out well, I think it will help me to learn them more if I incorporate them into WODs more. After class I did my best (highest) Kipping pull-ups, yay! Felt good!
