Mystery Alaska. 2+140. Went with 115 and I am glad I did was thinking 95 but it would have been too light I think. Did the rest as written. Starting to get bigger sets of T2B which is helpful. Swinging a lot less.
Great wod today! I still don’t get how one day I can crush HSPU and then another day I can hardly do 5. It’s definitely a weekness I have to figure out. It’s was great seeing everyone this morning I feel I like its been months sence I seen a few of yous. Have a great day everyone.
WOD- got 2+ 135. Did 3x singles for jump rope, used 65lbs for the push jerks, T2B, and hspu with 1plate/1ab mat against wall- graduated from the 2 ab mats!
I very much enjoyed this WOD, a lot of my favorite CF movements were all combined in this one!

Started with 65 push press and went to 55. Those were killer on my shoulders and felt awesome!
Also did my pike HSPU off the box. I want to start working on kicking up into wall handstands but I’m a little scared about falling.
