Rail Trailers really had to fight through this one today. It’s was a tough wod and super hot and sticky. Duano basically made a slip and slide during his abmat situps since he decided to do the sexy wod and take of his shirt 5 minutes in..it was far too distracting for Anna to concentrate on her own wod! It was anot her fun morning at the box. Hop you guys liked the hot potato warm up. And I got definitely got a wod in just cleaning the floor after classes!! Stay hydrated peeps and get ready for a humid week!
The hot potato warm up was fun! 9am class was full of laughs (and sweat! Humidity!!!!) !
Anna and I partnered up and got 32:20.
Pull-ups: we did 50 kipping and the remainder I did RR and she did jumping. knee push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and 35lb thrusters.
