Got my very first Cornhole today! Woo Hoo! Maybe if Burpees were rewards rather than penalties, people would like them more 😉
Good Luck to all the peeps competing tomorrow!
Great job 8am! Way to get after it on a drippy day.
Thank you Coaches Sarah and KellyG!
Loved the warm up, hope we do more of that !!!!
WOD- loved this workout! I hope we do this one again soon too!
Partnered with Anna and Mike V.
Diane: 1+ 36 (155lbs). Got called out on my hspu after doing 21 unbroken using 2 abmats. Changed it to 1abmat and 1plate, so I’ll be using this set up for awhile (I promise Sarah!) lol!!!!.
Grace; 1+20 (using 75lbs)
Randy: so close! We got 68 (using 55lbs).
Thanks for an awesome class Sarah and Kelly!!! Great way to start the day! See you all at the competition tomorrow to cheer on CFRT!!!
Ha, I thought we determined awhile ago you were a one Ab Mat athlete ;). Ninja training
Lol, yes we did! But I was hoping to sneak 2 abmats in anyway haha! Caught! 1 ab athlete sounds pretty good to me though!
