High Score- 3+2 (115#, RR). Hands are still torn up from sunday so I went with ring rows, which really werent any better than doing actual pull-ups. Cleans felt really good tonight! Great job 6pm!

OLY night. Feel like I am getting more speed through he middle now. worked to 115 and concentrated on the form.
High Score: 3+5 @135. Tried a rep or two at 155 in warm up but wasn’t feeling it so stayed with 135.
