WOD- got 2 + 225 using 10lb wb, 26lb kb for swings and lunges, and jumping ring dips.
Today was one of those days I could really feel my sugar running low and no energy…my goal was 2 full rounds knowing how I felt, so I was happy that I pushed through and did more than that. Thanks PJ for the encouragement!

STR – DEADLIFTS!!!! Can’t wait to retest! Up to 150 for 95% and it was pretty easy. I will be deadlifting my husband soon…he keeps losing weight and I keep gaining strength!

Strength today – felt off all day and definitely struggled with my deadlifts.
Got 2+230 on the wod. I felt the best about my wall balls today, very pleased! I’m definitely ready to move from the bench dips too I felt like it was too easy for me so I’m excited.

Went to Canobie Lake Park today with my company and went on a ride that swung like a pirate ship ride and also spun at the same time. Threw me into a total bout of vertigo. Felt really nauseous and dizzy dor hours.
Tried to do 5×3 deadlifts but felt really weak.
