Oly #55 first time doing snatches with weight. Worked from hang. Wasn’t pretty, but it’s a work in progress. My footwork needs some attention so I can squat past parallel consistently.

Snatch work today. Played around with a few different weights. started with 75# and ended up at 115#. Pretty sore this morning but still wanted to make the positions feel more comfortable.

Still working on getting under the bar with my squat snatch…Worked with #55 for a while, since that seems to be where it gets tough to get under. Getting further down but not quite catching in a full squat.
3 + 5 on the WOD with ring rows. First round was LOVELY, but of course, everything sucks more after rowing!
