WOD- partnered with Anna and we got 3+49. Used a 14 lb ball for wall balls and the OH lunges. Did kipping pull-ups. Situps and running as prescribed.

It was a great competition. I did better than expected, but still managed to get my ass kicked by some beasty old ladies 🙂 I did manage a 3rd place in one of the WODs – thank you DUBs for finding me in RI.

Teamed up with MAC for this fun Wod today. The first round was pretty smooth but the lunges and pull ups started to catch up to me. I only ended up doing a hand pull of wall balls and zero sit ups. Huge 9am class today and we finished with a fun game of knock out. Way to go everyone. Thanks PJ and Kelly G!
