Didn’t like this one the first time around…still not a fan this time! BUT I DID IT! Almost did it alone. Would have been quality time with Coach Mike…but got two All Stars in the door at the final bell!

This was a whole new test for me because when we did 15.3, i did the scaled version WB and Single Unders. The BMU today were tricky but managed to get them after a few misses in both rounds. DUBs didnt want to work for me today but it happens.
Like Marie, it took me a good 7/8 minutes to recover on the floor haha

WOD- got 2 + 50, 10# wall ball and kipping pull-ups. I used the Speal bar for my last three pull-ups, and they were so much better and higher than the other sets I did by far! I think I’ll try it more often!
Starting doing single wall balls towards the end, as my right leg was starting to cramp… Eeek, that never happens! Rolling out tonight!
I really liked this WOD, all movements I enjoy! …it was a good one to come back to after being away too!

Got 2+ 10 with C2B, 20# and Dubs great workout and good to look back to see progress since the open.. Lungs are feeling like they are coming back which is good always great to go all out and get after a WOD. Thanks Sarah and way to work 6 pm

Today I did 2 rounds plus 27. I was kind of intimidated because I remembered doing it during the open, but adding the ring rows helped break it up a teeny bit. The scaled open version was just wall balls and singles. Thanks for grabbing the 10# ball for me, Sarah. I wasn’t going anywhere fast with the 12#. Thanks for a great class again!
Got a full two rounds…started with ring MU got 6 out of 10 attempts then moved on to the wall balls…used 20# and did some dubs. second round I moved to bar MU and got all 7 and fought through to just finish the second round…squeaked in the last dub at the last second.
