One of those days that my body just wasn’t coordinated. Wasn’t tired or sore, just couldn’t get a good rhythm going for any of the moves.
14.4 – 156 (10#ball, K2W, 55# cleans) – my row form was off, couldn’t get my kip going and took knees to wherever they would go, wall balls were air balls, cleans felt good when I finally got there, never got to even try my muscle ups 🙂 🙂 Did keep moving and sweating.
Would have been a good day to skip between the WOD and the weather. Way to show up 6am All Stars.
Those are the some of the most important days. Those days when nothing seems to go or feel right and you battle through and get work in! These days can make you mentally tougher and your good days even better! #alwaysevolving #learnand growfromourbaddays 🙂
WOD- got 170 reps- doing 60 cal row, knees for T2B, 65lbs for cleans,10lbs for wall balls.
After the WOD was done I went and did 20 kipping pullups.

Knew coming into this workout it was def going to be about the T2B and I want right. Did a few sets of 5 but then it went to fast singles transitioning between bars. Surprised myself tho with rowing 60 cals in 3:35 totally expected it to be longer. Like Carl said “quickest 14 min ever!” Hah
Gotta agree with Carl, that was a quick 14 minutes. K2F, 8# Wall ball, 75# for the cleans. Would have done ring rows but did not make it that far. Wall balls are definitely a weakness, I had maybe 3 minutes left coming off the wall, but I got through 15 out of 30 cleans. Nice job 6pm! Thanks Sarah&Kelly!
