Partnered with Van today for the WOD and got 3+12 using 65lbs. Thanks for being a great partner! The way the swapping turned out, I did the rowing, sit-ups, and a small handful of back squats and thrusters while Van got all the burpees and the majority of bar work. Cardio day for me, lol!
