Great work Laurie! I know you have a long day ahead but you started off well. Keep focused. You are going to kill this! Thanks for being my buddy…that was a tough one for me. I really appreciated the shadow burpees at the end.
That was brutal – Thanks to my buddy Laurie and the All Star Cheerleading Squad – I finished. You have no idea how much that meant to me this morning. I barely slept and those first 10 burpees were difficult. And I did better than I thought I would. Thanks PJ and Kelly G!
Nutrition challenge WOD-10:15. Damper at 5.5, #10WB, and butterfly for sit ups. Thank you for judging Miss.Olivia! 5:00am peeps, coaches PJ and Kelly- thank you! Enjoy this beautiful day everyone.
Big 930 class today which is always nice to have. I felt that the Wall Balls were definitely the hardest part of this WOD. I can usually do 20-30 unbroken without a problem but that wasn’t happening today. Felt pretty good coming off the rower and everything else was manageable sets. Definitely felt spent after though. Looking forward to retesting in 6 weeks. Nice work everyone and thank Sarah!!
This WOD was rough…jell-o legs after the row for the first set of burpees, then dead arms by the second set after the wall balls. I could not get my body on the same page for any part of this WOD. At least I know that there’s lot of room for improvement! Can’t wait to retest!
Thank you Meg for judging, and thanks for all the support at the end guys. I needed the push. I love a big 9:30!
Have a great day guys! Good luck to all of those starting the challenge!
Clean eating wod
9:59 5.5 , 6# wall ball , butterfly .

Thanks guys for cheering me on , and as always coach Sarah .
Did the challenge wod at 6 am (9:26, 5, 14#, butterfly) and got to work on cleans with Sara at noon. Isnt it when you are trying not to think about bad food that ends up being all you think about.
6:40 using 10# WB and 5 on damper. This one was brutal. Def did not eat enough today, but super pumped and proud of my time. Looking forward to next retest. Thank you Mike for pointing out that I need to BREATHE!! Makes a big difference. Now I just have to remember to do that in every wod!
8:22 w/10# wall ball, butterfly and 5 damper. This was was a doozy (but I know better now to think WODs don’t look as tricky as they are). Thanks, Krystal, for the judging and encouragement. I’m sooooooooooo glad you’re back 🙂
Clean EAting Challenge WOD – WOW what a doozie! Definitely had the Fran cough after that one! Proud of myself for feeling better in time! Made myself take it easy the last four days. I did not want to be sick for weeks like my co-workers were! Sleep and naps, even if you have to force yourself is key people!
Good job, everyone! I was sorry to miss the baseline WOD today- anyone want to make it up with me some night this week? Still proud of my 4-point day- drinking a gallon of water was tougher than I thought! Not sure if this is the correct place to post if I did not do the WOD- please advise.
Clean eating WOD – this was definitely a deceptive little WOD! Finished at 9:17 with 8# WB. I think the damper was around 5.5 and butterfly sit ups for me. Everyone did awesome, fun class last night, cant wait to see everyone’s improvement on the re-test. Thanks for the wallball tips Mike!
Clean Eating WOD: 8:51
