This was a tough one- definitely lived up to its reputation I had been hearing about all week. Can’t imagine how I can possibly go any faster… But I am excited for that possibility in five weeks. Got lots of personal coaching frim PJ and encouragement from folks in the box- thanks y’all!

Battle of the belles!
Ok, this was a workout that was enough for the whole week. 5 tough events and 5 victories. I was really upset about my clean and press and my yoke but I am super pumped about my 16 reps on the deadlift and my 25 second loading. I made a lot of rookie mistakes but had a blast. It was so incredible to see everyone do so well… Great work ladies.
Thank you, Sarah, for coming all the way to cheer us on. It meant a lot to me I am sure everyone else feels the same.
And most of all, thanks Kelly for the amazing coaching and support before and during the competition. I really feel like our group was the most prepared and successful at the comp. And thanks for driving me. Good job, Karen.
