Work party last night – and I was the coordinator of it. LOOONNNGG day and night WOD worthy – but happy to say that I stayed strong and kept my clean eating point! If one more person said…its ok you can have one. I won’t tell! Seriously??? What does that say about my integrity? IF I had decided to have something then I lose the point. But I didn’t. And let me tell you…the food looked and was from all accounts amazing. I am stronger than I ever thought I could be.

Good job, Lori! Lost my clean eating point last night all because of salad dressing. It is tough eating out when doing the challenge. New day today, good day everyone.
Thought to myself I am never going to be able to get through this so I mainly stepped over the bar instead of jumping – I am kicking myself for it now – Wasted opportunity to work harder and get better. Next time I need to just go for it and see what happens – I will probably surprise myself! Oh well a learning opportunity AND the WOD still kicked my butt! 🙂

I scaled this WOD last time and was able to do 95# this time which Im pretty happy with. I usually do 75# when it comes to copious amounts of thrusters but besides not being able to catch my breath they felt halfway decent. Thanks for pushing me through the WOD Sarah. It definitely took some time off. Nice work 630!!!
Rest day here in Nashville… had a beer and wine reception today in our booth and while all my coworkers were double fisting drinks (yes, it is acceptable in the veterinary industry to chug drinks in the booth while talking with customers), I was eating my apple. My sales manager yelled at me and said he wanted to throw my apple across the room 🙁
Ming – 14.5 – 19:34 (75#) ill be having nightmare of thrusters and burpees all weekend…that was a tough one…i was only going to do 65# but that felt light during the warm ups…so 75# was just right. At the set of 12 i wanted to quit but then just said to myself…”one rep at a time” and i could read the “earn your fitness” on Gus and Phils shirts and Sarah was a great motivator as well. Thanks Sarah for pushing us through this one! Way to earn your fitness 6:30 pmers!
