Air squats were very tough for me, since I am just getting back into some moderate squatting- just muscle toughness, not knee toughness
Wondered if I had chosen too light for KBs (18#)- glad I did- they were killer
T minus 2 for my ending Nutritional Challenge WOD- pretty nervous about those burpees!
Keri and I will be at the box at 10 am to do the WOD if anyone else needs a judge.

Short day for me. I did not WOD, today was a running day instead.
I did come in for warm-up & strength.
Worked up to 105# on my strict press which was a 10# PR for me! Looking forward to closing up the challenge on Sunday! I can definitely feel that I’m stronger, and I will be taking another set of measurements & pictures to compare too.

Great smoker today. The way back down got tough especially the KBS and WB. I had Sarah yelling at me the whole time though to keep going! AWESOMESAUCE!!! Nice big 630 class with some people I haven’t done a WOD with in a while. Great job everyone!! Thanks Monsini and Sarah for the motivation to get through this one
Active recovery day, kept it light today with my sister before our comp. walked for 30 minutes and did 30 minutes of mobility.
Str i couldn’t get a PR tonight, maybe next time.
