Not gonna lie – I was so so nervous ALL WEEK – glad it is over and SUPER happy to see improvement.
But now that the challenge is ending the hard part actually begins – Trying to incorporate what I have learned into my daily life so that is just becomes what I do.

45 minutes walk, had to give my knee a break after yesterday’s burner. My basis watch gave me 4500 steps, 800 calories burned, with highest heart rate at 122(I am thinking it was counting my irregular heart beats as well). To the nutrition challenge folks, congratulations for completing the challenge! Will be back tomorrow.
Resting after comp. But was tempted to stay for 8am after my challenge weigh in. Have a great day everyone!

Worked out with my sister today and got 15+22. Used 55lbs, went light due to comp yesterday. Loved the WOD.

Opted for another rest day. Screwed up my back sanding a table on Saturday.
