Silly me posted last night on the wrong WOD.
“The fifth element”- 11+15 rounds. Partnered with Carl on this one. Put in 3 400M runs. Carl used #95 for back squats, I used #55, kip p/u for Carl, jumping p/u for me. Hand release push ups for Carl and regular push ups on my knees. I think I heard PJ and Chris say “nice form, Susan”. That exactly has been my hearts desire, finally getting it! Thank you for coaching PJ and Chris, great job 0800am.
