I think that maybe today was worse than yesterday…burpees are definitely of the devil! Always make me feel like crap. By far the toughest movement for me. It is a slug fest for sure.

OLY:
Worked on the Snatch from the HH position. This is by far my most difficult movement. My legs are all over the place in the squat and my shoulder mobility issues really come into play when trying to push the bar overhead. Still, I do see some small improvements since I started a few months ago so I’ll take it.
WOD – 3 rounds flat. I just completed the last Single Under when Pj called for time.
Great job this morning Yoshi, Gaff, and Steph. WODing at 5:00 a.m. is tough stuff. I don’t know how you do it every day! Thanks Pj!

A little quiet in the box after Hinky but our small 6pm class got after it and it was a good exclamation point on 4 days in a row. Did 3+4 and did a little pull up work.
Joining CFRT has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to new challenges and goals in the new year. Happy holidays to those I don’t see next week.
