I was able to get this one done at work. The KBS and box jumps were spicy in the middle. Glad I was able to get this one in and I even got someone to do it with me (with some Modifications).
This was a good one! 23:20 doing 2x singles, 35# and 85#. Thanks Mike for pushing us the whole way through – everything you say really helps me especially when my mind starts going to that dark place. Thank you for reeling me in; for reminding us to breathe and to focus on one rep at a time. This wod turned out much better than I anticipated.

Hung out with the 7pm crowd again tonight – fun wod! Everyone killed this one. Tough but great. I did singles, 20 air squats, 26# kb, plates instead of box, ring rows, and 65# on the power cleans. Finished 23:48. Thanks Mike & Chris!
Warm up was awesome def felt like I was playing lacrosse in high school and college again! The WOD got spicy during the end but def stuck to the rep scheme I had in my head n was able to move through without any major breaks.
