A bit ominous when there are so many people resting because of tomorrows WOD…but I didn’t want to miss a morning of fun with the All Stars! Cassie and Derek made it worth getting off the couch.

Oly: still have trouble meeting the bar but this cycle im going to try and get in a lot extea oly practice…its my worst area
Taco vs grilled cheese: 18/15 row and 12/10….didnt do anything monday or tuesday so really pushed myself today…row felt great with fresh legs! Looking forward to tomorrows wod!

We did it a little different than the am classes and scored it differently. Overall work is t he same, proof is in the pudding not the numbers in this one ! ๐

Open ( bar muscle ups were awful and tough ) tight from Tuesday’s WOD scrapped em and focused on quality box jumps ( 30″ + 45 plate focus soft landings!

Gym/skill- did a little t2b practice, but really wanted those box jumps today! Short term goal #1 is done…need to find a replacement goal now…
