Me and my jump rope need to spend more time together. And it was really frustrating me this morning. Had to push past that one. My body has been really sore over the last week. It wants to do nothing. NOTHING. I’m hoping that it is just a bit of the sugar detox and changing up my routine. Rest day coming tomorrow or Thursday.

Killer WOD for sure, crushed me but I really enjoyed it, back squats snuck up on me quick. Need to stay tighter on C2B to eventually get to those BMUs. An awesome 14 min. Way to crush it 6pm

Got up to 215# for 90% on my dead lifts. Super pumped bc these have been a struggle since I injured myself back in August. My 90% felt super good. Can’t wait to hit a new 1RM soon.

I keep increasing my box jumps per wod that they show up in so I get used to doing them under pressure, and they are getting mentally easier.
Also got 2 double unders connected! I’m excited that they’re part of the skill work for tomorrow!
